Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Mandai Legal Team supports all 9 legal entities under the Mandai Wildlife Group for the legal, compliance, personal data protection and board governance functions.

• This role will primarily support the functions of the Mandai Data Protection Office, Mandai Nature (Mandai Wildlife Group’s conservation arm), and the legal needs of operational and commercial business units such as Sales & Marketing.

• Work involves:

- Business-as-usual reviews for procurement and revenue-generating contracts.

- Advisory work, on various disciplines such as personal data protection, employment law, public liability and workplace safety.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years PQE

• Appropriate corporate and commercial law experience and able to work independently.

• Experience and familiarity with the Singapore PDPA will be a plus point.

• Cooperative and considerate team player, capable, conscientious, adaptable, reliable, dynamic, curious, quick to learn, self-reliant and self-initiated, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.

• Possess a keen, learned, analytical and problem-solving mindset and be commercially minded.

• Effective, clear, considered and diplomatic written and verbal communicator.

• Solution-oriented and commercially practical in working with the business units to be a trusted business partner to resolve and close matters.

• This is a maternity cover role which requires candidate to be available from November 2026 - April 2027.
