Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This role supports the planning and delivery of events programming, products and commercial initiatives for Indoor Attractions, including Green Canvas, Exploria and Curiosity Cove.
The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging experiences, drive visitation and revenue, and support marketing initiatives to strengthen the commercial performance of the attractions.
Plan and execute events, seasonal programmes, activations and guest experiences for Indoor Attractions.
Lead assigned projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met.
Drive revenue-generating initiatives, including ticket products, packages, promotions, upselling opportunities and other commercial offerings.
Work with Marketing and relevant teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness, visitation, ticket sales and engagement.
Identify and recommend new content, products, partnerships and programming opportunities based on audience and business needs.
Work closely with internal teams, agencies, partners and vendors to ensure effective project delivery.
Track and analyse ticket sales, revenue, marketing performance, project budgets and guest feedback, and recommend opportunities to improve performance.
Monitor consumer, lifestyle, entertainment and market trends to identify new commercial and programming opportunities.
Support post-event, product and campaign reviews and implement key learnings for future initiatives.
Provide on-ground support for events and activations where required.
Support management with administrative and ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism or related disciplines.
3–5 years of relevant experience in events, attractions, hospitality, marketing, partnerships or related fields.
Good project coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good commercial awareness, with an understanding of revenue drivers, ticket sales, marketing and guest experience.
Experience in marketing or digital marketing, including campaign planning, social media, content or digital channels, would be advantageous.
Resourceful, hands-on and able to manage multiple projects.
Willing to work weekends and public holidays where required.
