Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform daily routine inspections of Audio, Visual Lighting Equipment and Adventure Facilities according to checklist to ensure their safe operation.

· Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of AVL Equipment and Adventure Facilities to minimize equipment and facilities downtime.

· Perform troubleshooting, repair, rectification and replacement works for AVL Equipment and Adventure Facilities.

· Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for defects rectification works. Perform set up of AVL equipment such as microphones, speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, sound and mixing.

· Maintain and audit stock inventory of AVL and Adventure spares parts.

· Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

· Nitec/Certificate in AV Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

· 1–3 years’ experience in AV installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

· Basic knowledge of AV systems with good problem-solving skills.

· Able to work independently and in a team.

· Good communication, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.

· Willing to work shifts, weekends, and over time.

· Able to lift and handle AV equipment.

· Work at Height/MEWP (Boomlift/Scissor Lift) certification is an advantage.
