Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the full range of premium campsite products, glamping accommodation, group packages and related programmes.
Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, networking events and presentations to showcase the Premium Campsites, facilities, programmes and inclusions to local corporate clients, travel trade partners, OTAs and other distribution partners.
Develop a robust sales pipeline and deliver agreed occupancy, room-night and revenue targets across corporate, group, leisure and travel trade segments.
Prospect, acquire and grow local corporate accounts for retreats, team-building programmes, incentive groups, educational groups, family days and other group-based campsite experiences.
Manage and grow a portfolio of international travel agents, TTAs, OTAs, B2B and B2B2C partners, supported by annual account plans, joint business plans and regular performance reviews.
Negotiate group rates, allotments, packages, commissions and commercial terms to maximise revenue while protecting profitability and brand positioning.
Develop and execute channel-specific and market-specific sales campaigns, tactical offers and packages to drive need-period demand and improve channel contribution.
Work with internal stakeholders to create differentiated campsite packages that combine accommodation, attractions, dining, activities and other Mandai experiences for targeted customer segments.
Monitor sales performance, booking patterns, conversion, channel mix, KPIs and demand trends, and use insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimise commercial performance.
Identify and develop new customer segments, distribution channels, strategic partners and source markets across Singapore and key international markets, including Asia Pacific, China, India, Korea, Europe and the Americas.
Formulate go-to-market plans for priority markets and segments to deliver revenue targets and build awareness of the Premium Campsites and the wider Mandai destination.
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, high performance and ethical behaviour.
Job Requirements:
Graduate qualification in business, tourism, hospitality or a relevant field.
At least 5 years of relevant sales, business development, hospitality, tourism or travel trade experience, with a proven record of delivering revenue targets.
Strong experience in local corporate sales and/or international leisure sales, with established networks among corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, DMCs or B2B distribution partners.
Strong sales strategy, prospecting, account planning, negotiation, contracting and implementation skills.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability and understanding of pricing, distribution, channel economics and revenue optimisation.
Good understanding of the travel trade and hospitality ecosystem, including international market dynamics, distribution models and hands-on experience working with OTAs, B2B and B2B2C partners.
Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-oriented, with strong ownership of outcomes and the ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent organisational, pipeline management and time management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
Proficiency in a second language, such as Mandarin, is an advantage.
