Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to support the development of engaging visual communications and creative assets across Mandai Wildlife Reserve Product Division, including indoor attractions and experiences.
This role supports the creation of visual assets across onsite and digital platforms for family programmes, attractions, campaigns, educational initiatives, and guest experiences. The designer will develop branding, marketing, and event materials across print and digital formats, while ensuring consistency with Mandai Wildlife Reserve and Ranger Buddies brand guidelines.
Brand, Campaign & Marketing Design
Develop campaign key visuals and integrated marketing assets for attractions, indoor experiences, seasonal events, and guest programmes
Adapt campaign visuals across digital, print, onsite, and attraction-specific applications
Design social media creatives, digital thumbnails, CRM assets, and promotional materials
Ensure consistency with Mandai and RB brand guidelines across all creative outputs
Family Programmes & Guest Experiences
Design visual assets and branding applications for Ranger Buddies programmes and family-focused experiences
Create guest-facing materials including welcome kits, badges, invitations, certificates, activity kits, communication assets, and promotional collateral
Support themed experiences, activations, and birthday programmes through engaging graphic applications and storytelling visuals
Develop brochures, posters, digital marketing assets, premiums, merchandise-related graphics, and event collateral
Support visual applications across digital membership touchpoints, CRM campaigns, in-park signage, and guest touchpoints
Indoor Attractions & Onsite Design Support
Support design needs for indoor attractions and guest experiences across marketing and operational touchpoints
Design posters, digital screens, onsite communication materials, signage, and wayfinding assets
Create visual support materials for activations, launches, and seasonal campaigns
Support cohesive visual applications across physical guest touchpoints and attraction spaces
Educational & Digital Content Support
Design visual assets for virtual shows including presentation slides, overlays, illustrations and animations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop educational materials such as worksheets, student packs, posters, banners, and toolkits
Support visual storytelling across learning and engagement initiatives
Creative Production Support
Produce artwork across print and digital formats with strong attention to detail and production requirements
Prepare final artwork and adaptations for various platforms and applications
Support menu refinement and visual presentation for F&B-related experiences where required
Basic video editing and motion graphics skills will be an added advantage
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related disciplines
· Minimum 4–6 years of relevant design experience, preferably in attractions, hospitality, retail, events, entertainment, lifestyle, or related industries
· Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, print, and digital design work
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is advantageous
· Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling
· Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
· Good communication and stakeholder management skills
· Basic illustration skills and experience adapting artwork across multiple formats will be advantageous
