Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide and support crew on-shift, including task delegation, on-ground coaching, and ensuring team readiness throughout operations.

• Monitor manpower deployment, ensuring optimal coverage across zones during peak and non-peak periods.

• Handle escalations and incidents, including first response, reporting, and coordination with Duty Manager or relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee ticketing and cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and adherence to procedures.

• Ensure venue readiness, including cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and overall presentation of guest-facing areas.

• Perform administrative duties such as basic reporting, incident logging, and shift documentation when required.

• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• Prior experience in customer service, attractions, or operations, with supervisory or leadership exposure preferred.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage situations calmly in a fast-paced environment.

• Service-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

• Confident communicator with good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Able to manage and guide a team, while also being hands-on when required.

• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and situational awareness.

• Comfortable with cash handling, basic reporting, and operational systems.

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
