Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage and entertain guests by creating meaningful experiences through Toy Doctor activities and workshops, encouraging participation and repeat visits.

• Address customer queries and feedback, ensure positive customer interactions and provide excellent guest service.

• Communicate clearly with guests and Toy Doctors, delivering basic toy repair and restoration with empathy and care

• Support the Supervisor in driving Toy Doctor sales and experience conversion.

• Learn and perform basic toy repair and restoration services.

• Operate booking and customer data systems to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring experiences are well presented.

• Operate point-of-sale systems and ensure accuracy in sales and inventory.

• Carry out administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' levels with experience in retail industry

• Service oriented with good communication skills

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
