Senior Wildlife Facilitator, Education (1 Year Contract)

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate educational programmes for children aged 12 and below, including day camps, overnight camps, guided tours, and in-park activities.
Deliver engaging wildlife experiences and hands-on activities that spark curiosity and nurture a love for nature.
Prepare and coordinate programme logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain safety and risk management protocols, particularly for outdoor and overnight activities.
Support operational and administrative functions, including responding to enquiries, scheduling programmes, and carrying out additional assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Early Childhood, Sports, or Outdoor Education, including facilitating outdoor programmes, camps, or educational workshops for children aged 4–12.
Strong classroom and group management skills with the ability to motivate and engage children.
Comfortable facilitating outdoor and overnight programmes.
Excellent communication, a positive attitude, growth mindset, teamwork, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments.
Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays, and overnight as required.
