Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the integrity of all financial information including statutory & compliance reporting and consolidation of group accounts.

• Responsible for Group audit and tax matters.

• Responsible for establishing, reviewing and updating group financial policies and procedures in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards.

• Perform tax planning and drive tax optimisation across the group.

• Participate in group finance projects and initiatives such as group structure review, tax optimisation and policy implementation.

• Lead and coach finance teams on technical aspects (eg. accounting updates) and deliver high standard for financial reporting and tax.

• Ensure sound internal controls and effective risk management strategies to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• To perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent professional qualification is required with minimum 8 years of experience.

• Meticulous with a strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure to meet tight schedules

• Excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of various stakeholders

• Self-motivated with a “sense-of-urgency” and "hands-on" approach

• Able to adapt to changing needs and processes to learn and grow alongside the business.
