As a Senior Manager, Product, you will support the introduction and co-creation of digital products and end-to-end, location-based Mission experiences in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, as well as technology partners. You will contribute to shaping cohesive experiences by mapping and connecting the pre-, in-, and post-visit user journey across partner touchpoints.
You bring a strong creative mindset with the ability to think beyond the obvious, alongside a passion for environmental conservation and sustainability. Leveraging solid analytical skills and technology domain knowledge, you will develop and operationalise scalable mission frameworks for deployment across locations. You will contribute to enhancing product experiences through hands-on execution and cross-functional coordination, creating engaging digital journeys that connect children with nature and foster values such as C.O.U.R.A.G.E.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and contribute to product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
Own and execute product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
Prioritise features and initiatives using structured frameworks (e.g., ROI, feasibility, risk)
Translate business requirements into clear product plans and deliverables
Define and refine value propositions with a focus on user and business impact
Map user journeys to identify gaps, opportunities, and improvements
Develop and deliver hybrid physical–digital experiences across relevant touchpoints
Collaborate with Design to prototype, test, and improve product features and experiences
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, BD, Marketing, Ops) to ensure smooth execution
Align with stakeholders and communicate updates, risks, and decisions clearly
Track and report on key product metrics (e.g., engagement, performance outcomes)
Support business planning and prioritisation discussions with data and insights
Balance partner requirements with product quality and user experience considerations
Manage external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery within budget
Contribute to improving product processes and team ways of working
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 – 10 years of experience in product management and innovation related roles.
Experience in launching products in both B2C and B2B segments would be highly preferred.
Experience in innovative product development methodologies such as Design Thinking, Agile, Lean.
Familiarity with the innovation ecosystem (e.g., startups, innovation labs, or strategic partners) is a plus.
Certification for Design Thinking, Agile, Lean methodologies or similar.
Proven entrepreneurial mindset or extensive professional experience in a product innovation leadership role, preferably within the digital consumer products sector.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically, with a track record of driving innovation and impact in product innovation.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as experience with digital product innovation, development, user experience design, and market research.
Passionate about environmental conservation, sustainability, and creating meaningful digital experiences that inspire and educate audiences, particularly children.
Multilingual capabilities and experience working in cross-cultural settings.
