As a Marketing Manager at Mandai X, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and affinity for the Ranger Buddies brand and suite of products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product and Business Development, you will shape the launch of new products and features, driving go-to-market launches and marketing campaigns that will further the brand reach amongst the key target audience of families with kids, and build up a community of future-ready heroes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns and key initiatives
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of GTM campaigns and mission launches across social media, website, and eDM channels.
Manage and optimise the overall marketing media budget to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions across campaigns and missions.
Develop campaign messaging and copy and oversee the production of digital assets in collaboration with internal designers and/or integrated marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Prepare clear and strategic briefs for media and creative agencies, and oversee execution of integrated, full-funnel marketing plans.
Work collaboratively with the MWG Social team on content development to promote Ranger Buddies initiatives within Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
Manage relationships with external content partners:
- Oversee allocation of content partner entitlements to maximise campaign reach.
- Develop briefs and ensure quality control of all content prior to publishing.
Drive outreach and coordination with media and content partners to amplify campaign and event visibility.
Coordinate with PR agencies on media engagement, including media previews, invitations, and press materials.
Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, including Meta and Google Ads, to achieve campaign objectives (e.g. reach, traffic, conversions).
Support the Product team, where required, in developing mission narratives and activity concepts.
Digital Platforms & Reporting
Tracking and reporting of key performance metrics, including registered user numbers, awareness metrics, NPS, and CSAT and any relevant marketing metrics. Preparation of post-mission partner reports and/or any ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Manage Ranger Buddies digital platforms, including but not limited to:
Website and database (HubSpot)
Social media platforms (Meta, YouTube)
Link-in-bio tools (Later App)
Surveys (Typeform)
URL management tools (Rebrandly)
Analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Google Analytics and HubSpot)
Email inbox (Outlook)
Conduct industry / competitor research and analyses
Monitoring of marketing and social media trends that can be used for brand building, identify key competitors and determine areas of learning that can be applied.
Any other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in marketing campaign management with creative and/or media agencies. Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
Experience in managing social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok. Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
Strategic thinker with strong executional ability. Self-starter with a positive attitude and a curious mind that is willing to learn.
Able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns at once within required timelines.
A strong interest in sustainability and a commitment to environmental stewardship.
Love for wildlife and a passion to shape the future generation is a plus.
