Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Increasing local clients contacts by canvassing for sales through cold calls and regular follow ups.
Establish new and enhance existing relationship between company, business associates, government agencies, to develop the brand thus creating new business opportunities
Prepare sales collaterals / quotation / presentation to close business deals
Establish rapport and maintain contact with clients to encourage repeated businesses.
Deliver a great experience to our partners, represent our brand and act as our partners’ internal liaison.
Achieve and exceed sales targets as an individual and contribute to team's revenue targets.
Coordinating pre-event discussions, site inspections to execute and deliver actual event arrangements.
Perform necessary projects relevant to events and partnerships.
Update and maintain sales database and leads tracking list regularly.
Ensure all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and according to company’s guidelines and policies.
Contributing to the growth and improvement of the sales function with proactive suggestions and recommendations to drive business acquisitions and market awareness.
Assist and support ad-hoc special projects / other duties.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management / Events / Business Administration or Management / Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in driving events sales and curating events in the Social and corporate segments preferably in wedding industry.
Possess a strong network of business contacts.
Sales-driven and result-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of personal energy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinker with a strategic mind and problem-solving skills for risk/roadblock identification and proactive suggestions and recommendations.
Pro-active team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeed.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays for events
