Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We have an ambitious growth plan, targeting a multi-fold increase in revenue, and are looking for strong Leisure Sales and International Market Development Manager.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of International Sales and Market Development, the job holder shall be responsible for driving revenue by securing group and leisure bookings from Travel agents (OTA and TTA) for Premium Campsites through proactive prospecting and site inspections.
This role requires a commercially driven sales professional with proactive account management and market development. Strong track record in Leisure Sales, Business Development and International Markets will be an advantage.
Showcase Mandai’s premium campsite and glamping experiences, including accommodation, nature programmes and curated wildlife activities The role will focus on developing the international leisure and travel trade market for Mandai’s immersive overnight nature experiences, positioning them as a unique eco-tourism offering in Singapore.
Develop partnerships with travel agents and tour operators to drive overnight stays and packaged nature experiences.
Driving revenue and room nights through the sales distribution of Mandai’s premium nature-based stay experiences with immersive campsite programmes.
Conduct regular site inspections, sales calls, networking events, and presentations to build and maintain relationships with travel partners to showcase Campsite facilities, programming and inclusions.
Develop leads and manage sales targets to maximize room nights and revenue.
Negotiate special group rates and contract terms to ensure profitability.
Monitor performance, analyse booking patterns, KPIs, and demand trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Recommend new packages, promotions, and commercial opportunities based on data insights.
Drive seasonal campaigns and market-specific offers with partners to improve channel share.
Manage and grow a portfolio of travel agencies, build annual account plans to drive production and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Identify new partners, markets, and distribution opportunities to expand reach.
May also be assigned International Key Markets such as Korea, India, China, Asia Pacific, Europe and America. Formularise go-to-market strategy for international markets with the aim to deliver revenue targets and build top of mind awareness of the Group’s products as well as upcoming Mandai developments

Job Requirements:
Graduate qualifications in business, tourism or a similar relevant field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, with proven ability and achievements.
Experience in hotel, resort leisure sales background is an advantage.
Creative, dynamic and entrepreneurial self-starter with enthusiasm and optimism.
Strong track record, sales strategy development, negotiation and implementation skills.
Strong commercial acumen, with good problem-solving and analytical ability, a customer-centric orientation, and a highly collaborative working style.
Strong understanding of travel trade ecosystem, including international markets dynamics, distribution models, and regulatory requirements, with hands-on experience working with OTAs, B2B and B2B2C partners.
Proactiveness in driving results, with strong ownership over outcomes, and proven ability to work under pressure whilst delivering superior outcomes.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high level stakeholders effectively and build synergies within and across teams.
Proficiency in a second language, such as Mandarin, is an advantage.
