Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Operations Coordinator with strong Power BI expertise to support and optimise sales operations across both B2C and B2B channels. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate end-to-end sales processes, manage client interactions, and provide data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth. You will work closely with sales representatives, operations teams, and external partners to ensure smooth workflows, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer support.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and takes ownership of operational excellence without direct team management responsibilities.
Coordinate the full sales lifecycle for individual consumers, corporate accounts, travel agents, and partners.
Manage and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotations, contracts, proforma invoices, sales orders and purchase requisitions.
Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and identify trends.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline workflows and ensure seamless execution.
Identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve sales operations performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations, providing timely and professional resolutions.
Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), automation initiatives, and efficiency improvements.
Assist with sales enablement tasks, such as preparing collateral, supporting initiatives and related projects.
Coordinate and support familiarization (FAM) trips, client site visits, and department events, ensuring smooth logistics and high-quality client experience.Perform related duties to support sales operations assigned by line manager
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Analytics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in sales coordination, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in service or customer-focused industries:
i) Experience in inbound sales, call center operations, or sales support
ii) Experience managing sales documentation and supporting internal teams and external partners
Understanding of sales processes, order management, and customer service
i) Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and CRM tools; experience with Power BI
ii) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
i) Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
ii) Adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments; strong time management
iii) Friendly, professional, and able to perform light lifting tasks if required
Must be able to work on Saturdays. Working mainly in office and occasionally within parks.
