Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate shuttle vehicles safely and smoothly between designated park routes.

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks (brakes, lights, tyres, cleanliness).

• Ensure proper boarding and alighting procedures, especially for seniors, children and mobility-impaired guests.

• Support crowd flow management during peak periods or special events.

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional guest service through storytelling and creating moments of delight.

• Offer basic wayfinding assistance and directions to key attractions, F&B and facilities.

• Handle guest queries and minor complaints professionally and escalate when required.

• Educate guests on wildlife campaigns in the parks.

Job Requirements: 

• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence with minimum 1 year of driving experience.

• Minimum GCE 'N/O' Levels and above

• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Basic proficiency in English for safety and guest communication.

• Pleasant and courteous disposition with good communication skills
