Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Leverage data to drive the larger commercial team’s performance goals tied to incremental revenue generation and customer delight.

· Transform and analyse data from various digital sources and dashboards (Customer Data Platform, Web/App analytics tool, Paid Media, Data Warehouse) to generate actionable insights aligned with stakeholders and data owners.

· Partner with stakeholders to ensure insights are used and learnings are consolidated across time.

· Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or the equivalent.

· At least 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on data analyst with a demonstrable record of driving growth via actionable data insights.

· Some familiarity with industry-standard Digital analytics data definitions (Web/App/Paid Media).
