Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to and assist Banquet Manager & Assistant Banquet Manager with entire Central Kitchen/Banquet/FNB Outlets food delivery on daily basis.

• Conduct vehicle inspection before departing to deliver goods.

• Pack and load cooked/raw food onto trucks according to company’s requirements.

• Load, transport and deliver items to allocated outlets (ZOO/NS/RW/BP) safely and as per scheduled.

• Deliver goods as per planned routes & schedules.

• Maintain close communication with outlets & central kitchen to pick up and deliver correct goods as per indent.

• Maintain high level of hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicles daily.

• Perform and assist with internal & external events.

• Load and unload food delivery for banquet events for all type of events. 

• Support the logistics and provide banquet services including set up, fulfil service staff requirements (if needed) and assist all type of events.

• Manage equipment inventory for all related dispatch equipment.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Job Requirements: 

• Possess a valid class 3 or 4 Singapore driving license.

• Experience in banquet set up/delivery/dispatch will be advantageous. 

• Familiar with handling delivery vehicles & safety requirements.

• Able to work in fast paced environment.

• Service oriented with a pleasant disposition.

• Able to lift up & carry heavy stuff/equipment.

• Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends.
