Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for passionate and energetic Exhibition Experience Crew to support the daily operations of a world-class immersive exhibition. This role is key to delivering a memorable, safe, and engaging experience for guests from arrival through to exit.
As an Exhibition Experience Crew , you will be trained to support multiple roles across the exhibition journey and may be rotated across different positions during your shifts. You will work closely with the Shift Supervisor and onsite team to ensure smooth operations, strong guest engagement, and a high standard of service throughout the exhibition.
Guest Experience & Engagement
Welcome guest warmly and create a positive first impression upon arrival.
Engage guests using positive language and storytelling to enhance immersion and enjoyment.
Explain what guests can expect from the experience and guide them through their journey.
Support guests with accessibiity needs and provide clear directions when required.
Maintain immersion by staying in character and responding confidently to guest intractions.
Operations & Crowd Flow
Support ticket scanning and entry control using provided devices.
Assist with queue management and time-slot flow to avoid overcrowding.
Guide guests between different zones within the exhibition safely based on operational cues.
Follow emergency procedures and guide guests based on instructions from the Shift Supervisor or Duty Manager.
Conduct basic pre-opening and between-session checks within assigned areas.
Help maintain cleanliness and order within assigned zones between guest groups.
All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Able to commit to the exhibition period from February to September 2026.
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Able to commit to the minimum deployment per week (3 days/week).
Able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry light items.
Comfortable working in immersive and interactive environments.
Previous experience in customer service, events, attractions, or exhibitions is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, confident communication, and a guest-first mindset.
Responsible, adaptable and calm under pressure.
Provision of Training
Successful candidates will be provided with training prior to deployment.
Comprehensive training provided on guest engagement, safety protocol, immersive storytelling and interactive station operations. Ongoing support and role-specific refreshers will be available throughout the employment.
All crew members will be trained for cross-deployment across multiple roles.
