Assistant Manager/Manager, Partnerships Activation (Edutainment), Mandai X - 1 Year Contract

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Process and activation management
Procurement and logistics support
a) Initiate E2E procurement process till implementation of each launch.
b) leads partner onboarding and vendor creation / registration process.
c) Manages and ensure smooth delivery to and from warehouse including storage of merchandise for each partner launch.
d) Recruit, manage and train part-timers on ground.
e) Track expenses per partner location. Including invoicing and run post campaign reports.
Optimization Workflow
a) Assist in developing operations playbook and updating as per required and ensuring all collaterals and materials adhere to approved brand guides and visual style.
b) Manage the setup and layout of the merchandise area by working with vendors to implement visual merchandising display guidelines, with the goal of maximizing purchase conversion.
c) Project manage implementation till launch and be the main liaison with vendor and cross department on all aspects. This includes setting milestones, check-ins and ensuring achievement of every milestone.
d) Set up Contentful for each partner location mission and update content whenever needed.
e) Develop operations/retail brief for each on-ground implementation including:
i) FAQs for each activation
ii) User journey and operations guide for each activation
2) Product development support
a) Assist in testing all features of the product for each partner launch.
b) Assist in collating feedback from surveys into actionable items (Observation guide).
3) Reporting
a) Setting up customer and partner satisfaction survey.
b) Support reporting and have full view of analytics and experience metrics (CSAT and NPS) for overall product and experience.
c) Support Reporting of total revenue and SDIC metrics.
d) Maintain and update dashboard to report on product KPIs and OKRs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Product Design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of events and product development processes.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- 5-8 years of experience in planning and executing events or activations, from concept to completion.
- Experience in startup, scale-ups, or early-stage ventures:
- Comfortable working with limited resources and incomplete information.
- Able to pivot quickly when plans change, while still driving progress.
- Resilient in fast-changing environments, balancing creative demands with practical execution.
- Experience balancing creative design ambitions with operational execution
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and creating engaging event/retail setups.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and milestone tracking.
- Comfort working with cross-fuctional teams (marketing, ops, product, creative) to deliver seamless events.
- Exposure to customer experience measurement, including CSAT, NPS, or similar feedback tools.
- Experience drafting event briefs, FAQs, and user journey guides for smooth execution.
