Senior Manager, International Market (Global Key Account)

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management: Apply key account management principles to strengthen and expand relationships with strategic partners. Focus on collaborating with key online travel agents (OTAs) to execute full-funnel marketing initiatives that drive awareness, conversion, and long-term business growth
- Key Channel Management: Responsible for the Tourist FIT segment, including pricing strategy, planning, and performance optimisation
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute compelling partnership strategies with existing key partners. Negotiate and implement strategic partnership frameworks that drive revenue growth through joint marketing collaborations, co-promotions, and integrated campaigns to achieve and exceed business targets
- Partner Engagement and Relationship Management: Build trust and relationships with key partners to enhance their sales performance to Mandai Wildlife Reserves, effectively conveying Mandai unique selling point and brand value
- Key Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as the Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore Airlines, and Changi Airport Group on strategic projects aimed at driving shared objectives and achieving common growth goals
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to annual and quarterly strategic planning and improvement initiatives aimed at achieving revenue goals
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with various internal functions (e.g., Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, Reservation) to maximise sales, ensure alignment, enhance operational efficiency
Job Requirements:
- At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in the tourism or online travel agency industry
- Strong experience in channel management, including partner relations, pricing strategy, and distribution optimisation
- Mandarin proficiency is a must for effective communication with key markets

Proven track record of cultivating and sustaining strategic, high-level relationships with key partners by leveraging deep insights into their priorities, decision-making processes, and competitive landscapes to drive long-term growth and partnership success. - Advanced Analytical Skills:
Exceptional ability to analyze complex market trends, competitor movements, and account performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making, uncover new growth opportunities, and optimize resource allocation - Problem-Solving Expertise:
Demonstrated capability to address complex challenges and sophisticated client needs at a senior level through innovative, strategic, and solutions-oriented approaches that drive commercial success - Commercial Mindset:
