Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct education programmes for young children, including day camps, overnight camps, guided tours and in-park activities in Mandarin and/or English.

• · Facilitate training workshops and professional development sessions for early childhood educators in Mandarin and/or English.

• · Develop age-appropriate educational resources and learning materials that align with curriculum standards and Mandai Wildlife Group's conservation goals in Mandarin and/or English.

• · Support and execute educational campaigns, community outreach, school partnerships, and public engagement initiatives in Mandarin and/or English.

• · Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Biology and/or Chinese related subjects

• Prior experience working with children is strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage children, educators, and diverse audiences.

• Effectively bilingual (proficient in Mandarin and English)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Passionate about wildlife, conservation, and public education.

• Energetic, warm, and customer-focused, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and comfortable conducting outdoor and overnight programmes.

• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays, when required.
