• Coach, train and motivate retail assistants in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at outlets;
• Work closely with various stakeholders to resolve issues onsite and to maximise sales opportunities.

• Delivery exceptional customer services to guests and answer guest queries on store/park related matters.

Product

• Actively acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests.
• Gather and share feedback on product quality, pricing etc and feedback to Managers for follow up.
• Upkeep visual displays of merchandise and recommend changes if needed.
• Support and execute product launches and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date and be open to share with guest relevant park membership, conservation efforts and related information in aid of providing a holistic experience to guest.

Process

• Work with Managers to meet financial targets (e.g. sales targets, reduce losses).
• Lead, plan and execute periodic stocktakes and ensure stock accountability.
• Plan and execute stock ordering, reducing loss of sales opportunities.
• Operate SAP and point-of-sales system, ensuring accuracy in inventory and revenue collection in compliance of standard operating procedures; and
• Plan staff schedule, staff coverage and ensure accuracy in staff attendance reporting.
• Work closely with Managers to improve processes and increase productivity.
